Digital Products: Since we sell digital products (Excel Templates, eBooks, Software), they cannot be “returned” once downloaded. Therefore, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
Exceptions: We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will issue a full refund ONLY if:
The file is corrupted or technically defective, and our team cannot fix it for you.
You made a duplicate purchase by mistake.
